The invention relates to a can lid (2) comprising a lid surface (3), a connecting area (4, 4') extending along the circumference of the lid surface (3) for connecting the can lid (2) to a can jacket (5), a can opening (6) that is formed on the lid surface (3) and that can be pressed in, and a pressing lever (9) that is fastened to the lid surface (3) at a fastening location (8). The pressing lever (9) lies in an starting position at the lid surface (3) before the pressing lever is operated and has a liquid-permeable lever opening (11), wherein the can opening (6) that can be pressed in is opened by an opening pivoting motion of the pressing lever (9) about a pivot axis (10) at the fastening location (8).
