The frame (1) has a backrest frame portion (3) pivotable around a pivot (10) of the frame relative to a cushion frame portion (2). The pivot is formed as a seat separation point and comprises a pivot bolt disassembled for separating the backrest frame portion from the cushion frame portion. The pivot has pivot flanges (12, 15) mounted on the respective backrest- and cushion frame portions and comprising retainers for accommodating the bolt. An electrical reclining angle adjusting device (20) adjusts an inclination angle of the backrest frame portion to the cushion frame portion. An independent claim is also included for a seat comprising a seat cushion.
