PURPOSE: A multimedia processor chip and image quality improving method thereof are provided to guarantee the difference of an image display which is displayed on an image and a display device transmitted to the broadcasting station during DMB. CONSTITUTION: An internal memory(220) stores raw display data and reprocessing display data. The raw display data processes at least one among image data stored in the broadcasting data and an external memory. The reprocessing display data enable s a picture quality improvement processing of the display data is performed. An image signal processor(215) generates the reprocessing display data by processing a picture quality signal processing about the ray display data. An interface unit(225) outputs the reprocessed display data on a display unit to be displayed.
