PURPOSE: A press-material adhering apparatus having an air jetting unit is provided to prevent surface damage to a press material adhered by a curved surface or an inclined surface on the end of an air jetting hole. CONSTITUTION: A press-material adhering apparatus(20) having an air jetting unit comprises a spring chamber(28), a spring(29), a set screw(37), first and second through holes, a support pipe(25), a rim, an electromagnet, an air path, an air jetting hole(45) and an air hose(43). The spring is installed in the spring chamber. The set screw supports the upper part of the spring. The first through hole is formed on the lower part of the spring chamber. The second through hole is formed on the set screw. The support pipe is protruded up and down from a thread bolt(26) through the spring chamber and the first and second through holes. The rim is elastically supported by the spring.
