PURPOSE: A changeable shape adaptive PET(Position Emission Tomography) device and a photographing method using the same are provide to supply the photographing device condition suitable for each subject, thereby enhancing the space resolution and sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A rotary motion unit is comprised of a first rotating axis(30), a rotary wing(20) connected to the first rotating axis and a gamma-ray detector(10) which detects the gamma-ray by being included in the rotary wing. A driving unit is connected to the first rotating axis and drives the rotary motion unit. A programmable logic controller is connected to the gamma-ray detector and calculates the occurrence location of the gamma-ray. A display unit is connected to the programmable logic controller and displays an image of the subject.
