PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of pi-electronic energy is provided to amplify fusion energy of magnetic pi-electronic energy and spontaneous fission electron in a closure structure at high temperature/low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of pi-electronic energy uses infrared ray electromagnetic wave which is applied for manufacturing a liquid body and a composition of 40 nano particles. The manufacturing method of pi-electronic energy is a chemical refinery process of grinding particle(0.04mm) of igneous rocks and tourmalines, and obtains either hydroxide igneous rocks or a hydroxide tourmaline property. The pi-electronic energy is manufactured by using hydrothermal saturation pressure. The tourmaline has piezo-electricity, pyroelectricity, and thermoelectricity functional effects.
