PURPOSE: A route guide service device and a method thereof, a client terminal for a route guide service and a server thereof are provided to supply a route guide per a small section in a building or a limited space and supply a route guide including waiting time of a user. CONSTITUTION: A client terminal(100) provides path guide information per a section in a specific route information. A route guide service server(300) inquires waiting person information in a destination per a section in the specific route information. The route guide service server generates route guide information per a section corresponding to the inquired waiting person information. The route guide service server transmits the route guide information per the section to the client terminal.
