PURPOSE: An automatic feeding device for an underwater cage farming area and a system thereof are provided to reduce the frequency of maintenance due to damage. CONSTITUTION: An automatic feeding device for an underwater cage farming area comprises a housing(102), a feeding hose(110), and an automatic feeding part. The automatic feeding part comprises a solar cell(120), a transfer screw(172), a motor(130), a pump(160), and a water current mixer(150). The housing is equipped with a hopper in order to accept fodder. The feeding hose is extended to the underwater cage from the housing. The solar cell is arranged on the top of the housing. The motor is installed in the top end of the transfer screw.
