PURPOSE: A functional resin-laminated film for packaging food, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to hygienically package the food, and to offer the transparency, the tensile force, and the functionality of the film to the food. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a functional resin-laminated film(13) for packaging food comprises the following steps: dipping natural tourmaline into silica to obtain silica tourmaline for removing harmful heavy metal foreign materials; coating the surface of silver with the silica to obtain silica nanosilver for preventing the oxidation of the silver and improving the antibacterial activity; preparing germanium, ceramics, charcoal, jade, and yellow soil; preparing a resin-laminated film(9) obtained by laminating resin films(8) with different properties; combining the resin-laminated film with a PE resin film after spraying powder(7) of all the prepared functional materials on the combining surface; and pasting the film through a cooling roller(12).
