摘要 Device for simultaneous periphery machining of a workpiece with laser beams, comprises many laser-optical modules (1) comprising a diode laser and a beam forming optical system, which are arranged at equal distances on a circular line (2) and respectively emits a laser beam, lying in a common radiating level, radially to the center point of the circular line, so that the laser beam axis intersects the laser beams at the center point. A waveguide (3) in the form a straight cylinder is arranged within the circular line. Device for simultaneous periphery machining of a workpiece with laser beams comprises many laser-optical modules comprising a diode laser and an upstream beam forming optical system, which are arranged at equal distances apart on a circular line and respectively emits a laser beam, lying in a common radiating level, radially to the center point of the circular line, so that the laser beam axis intersects the laser beams at the center point. A waveguide in the form a straight cylinder is arranged within the circular line so that its cylindrical axis perpendicular to the radiating level passes through the center point of the circular line, and a recess for holding a machined workpiece is formed around the cylindrical axis. The waveguide comprises a lower part and an upper part, which together form an open interior space enclosing the radiating level, through the recess, with a bottom surface reflecting the laser beam and a top surface reflecting the laser beam. A beam inlet opening is respectively provided to the laser optical module towards the periphery of the waveguide. The laser optical module is designed so that the laser beams are repeatedly reflected back and forth between the bottom surface and the top surface, while it is incident within the radiating level unaffected in its propagation on a recorded workpiece. A beam spot with a homogeneous energy distribution is reproduced on the workpiece depending on the laser optical module. The height of the beam spot in the direction of the cylindrical axis is determined by the distance between the bottom surface to the top surface. The width of the beam spot is determined by the divergence angle of the laser beam in the radiating angle. The distance of the laser optical module is determined from the workpiece surface.
