To provide a chocolate heating and conveying apparatus that helps a receiver to easily take the chocolate out in a melted state. Provided is a chocolate heating and conveying apparatus (100) that conveys chocolate accommodated inside a container (12) while heating and keeping the chocolate warm, the chocolate heating and conveying apparatus including: a heater jacket (10) that is attachable to and detachable from the inner surface of the container (12) and is formed of a lightweight and flexible heat insulating mat (18a) having at least one planar portion (16) connected to each other in a bendable manner, the planar portion (6) having a temperature-controlled heater (14) embedded therein,; and an electric heating board (22) that is provided at the bottom inside surface of the container (12) and has a heater which is controlled in temperature and embedded therein. |
