<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cutting process scheduling method to automatically classify electronic order reception vouchers in order of delivery date, steel type and product type, so as to automatically distribute them to each optimal cutting machine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Office terminal 7, office terminal 8 and master device 9 (server) are disposed on the office side, and each line is connected through a LAN to a management personal computer 5 of a cutting system 1 having a three-dimensional warehouse. The master device 9 automatically inputs process reservation data (S1), rearranges in order of the delivery date (S2), groups (S3) and classifies within the group on the basis of each identical delivery target and identical material, so as to obtain a cutting process schedule that is classified in order of product lengths (S4). After distribution into band saws 3a, 3b (S5), the master device 9 assigns the material in the warehouse (S6), and calculates the necessary process time of each band saw 3a, 3b (S7), displays a Gantt chart so that the operation and allocation status of each band saw can be decided at a glance (S8), and transfers a cutting processing program to the management personal computer 5 (S9).
