<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable toilet seat device with high energy efficiency without much useless heat loss in warming the skin of a human body from the surface of the toilet seat. <P>SOLUTION: The toilet seat device has an elastic body layer 13 at least at a part of the toilet seat, a reinforcing member 15 to support the elastic body layer 13, and a toilet seat heater 14 set on the reinforcing member 15. With this structure, the heat from the toilet seat heater 14 can be conducted to the surface of the toilet seat without unevenness in temperature, and useless power distribution can be reduced.
