Fixing for elements that can be fitted onto cable sheath

The method involves arranging electrical conductors within an outer sheath of a cable. A plastic element is set in a target position on the outer sheath and welded together with the outer sheath by laser or ultrasonic welding and/or clamped on the outer sheath with a metal ring in an initial step. Displacement force of about 100 N is applied on the element, where an inner contour of the element is adapted to an outer contour of the outer sheath at a position at which the element is to be fixed.
