<p>A method for transmitting a signal and a method for receiving the signal is provided. The method for transmitting the signal includes: determining a precoding vector group, where the precoding vector group includes N precoding vectors, and N is an integer greater than 1; and using each precoding vector in the precoding vector group to transmit the signal. The method for receiving the signal includes: receiving the signal that is transmitted by a User Equipment (UE) by using each precoding vector in a precoding vector group, where the precoding vector group includes N precoding vectors, and N is an integer greater than 1; and analyzing the received the signal to obtain parameters required for scheduling. In addition, a UE and a network device are provided. With the above technical solutions, a network may receive the signal transmitted by the UE to obtain parameters required for scheduling.</p> |
