<p>Thermoreversible coacervate is prepd. by copolymerising 30-70 mole % acrylic acid and 70-30 mole % acrylamide in aq. soln. in presence of a radical catalyst, and then lowering the pH to 3.3. Useful for coatings and microcapsules, giving better reproducibility and less variation of quality than natural products such as gelatin and gum arabic.</p> |
