Method for inserting lamella sections in a mould for producing tyres and mould with inserted lamella sections

The method involves producing a bore (9) and a slot (7) that runs transverse to the bore. A conical fixing pin (4) is inserted into the bore such that an upper end region of the pin projects over an upper plane (20) of a mold. A base area (3) of a lamella part (1) is inserted into a fastening groove of the pin. Pressure is exerted on the lamella part such that the pin is pressed into the bore until a region of a portion (2) of the lamella part lies at an edge region of the slot. The pin is wedged at an inner wall of the bore, and an edge region of the groove is fixed at the base area. An independent claim is also included for a mold for tire production, comprising a slot.
