The implant has an anchorage part (1) i.e. spiral anchorage part, for inserting into human upper or lower jaws, where the implant is made of beta-titanium alloy. A bending zone (7) is arranged between the anchorage part and a coronal part (3). A collar (5) is arranged at an end of the bending zone in a direction of the anchorage part for accommodating a bending instrument for clamping the implant. Geometry of the bending zone is tapered based on geometry of the collar such that constant bending stresses are occurred in a cross-section during bending along the bending zone. An independent claim is also included for a bending instrument including a clamping device. |
