Method for sanitizing surfaces, which envisages an initial step involving preparation of a mixture in liquid phase with filming effect. Then this liquid mixture with filming effect is deposited on the surface to be treated so as to form a substantially uniform and continuous liquid film. At this point, the liquid film thus deposited interacts with a first contaminating deposition present on the surface, neutralizing it. The liquid film then crosslinks, forming a substantially uniform and continuous solid polymer coating which is able to perform a microbicidal action, incorporating all the contaminants present on the surface and neutralizing any contaminants which might be deposited on it. The step involving interaction with the first contaminating deposition already present on the surface to be treated at the moment of deposition, the crosslinking step and the step involving neutralization of any contaminant which might subsequently be deposited on the coating are promoted by a same agent introduced in the product with filming effect during the preparation step, said agent acting both as a microbicidal agent and as a crosslinking agent.
|
