SUPERLUMINESCENT DIODE LIGHT SOURCE

摘要

A superluminescent diode light source comprises heterostructure chips and microresonators. To one or a number of heterostructure chips coherent radiation microresonators are inintroduced, which are located inside or outside radiating heterojunctions connected separately from the heterostructures of spontaneous line emitting diode to a control and supply system. A hybrid–integral structure is made in hybrid or single-unit form. The blue, green and yellow radiation microresonators connected to a radiation microprocessor are introduced thereto. The hybrid–integral structure is connected to a control unit.
