PURPOSE: A laminating apparatus having a guide for preventing the lamination of films is provided to lower defects by preventing the formation of pores between a substrate and a laminate. CONSTITUTION: A laminating apparatus having a guide for preventing the lamination of films includes an upper housing(112), a lower housing(122), and a guide(150) for preventing the lamination of films. The lower housing forms a laminating chamber(130) and draws a return film. The guide is located at both sides of the upper return film and the lower return film of a substrate so that the outlines of the upper return film and the lower return film are not laminated.
