FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and medical equipment and may be used for treating extremity vessel diseases. An affected extremity is exposed to periodical compression generated by pressure pulses synchronised to the QRS-complex. The affected extremity is compressed separately in two zones - proximal and distal - whereto the pressure pulses are fed with mutual time delay. In the proximal zone, the pressure pulse starting is delayed with respect to the R peak of the QRS-complex for the time of pulse wave propagation between the heart and said zone, and in the distal zone, the pressure pulse starting is delayed with respect to the pressure pulse starting in the proximal zone for the time of pulse wave propagation between the zones. The compression in both zones is completed simultaneously before the start of the following QRS-complex. What is used is a device comprising a periodical compression generator for the affected extremity coupled with a compressed air source through a gas distributor connected to a control unit coupled with a QRS-complex analyser and a blood flow recording system for the affected extremity. The recording system comprises at least a pair of independent compression proximal and distal extremity cuffs. The control unit enables pressure pulse feeding into said cuffs delayed with respect to the R peak of the current QRS-complex. In the proximal cuff, a delay of the pressure pulse start is preset to match with the time of pulse wave propagation from the heart to the place of said proximal cuff, while in the distal cuff, a delay of the pressure pulse start with respect to the pressure pulse start in the proximal cuff is preset to be equal to the time of pulse wave propagation between the cuffs. A moment of the pressure pulse termination into the proximal and distal cuffs is the same and precedes the beginning of the following QRS-complex. ^ EFFECT: invention extends the range of products for treating vascular extremity diseases. ^ 14 cl, 5 dwg, 1 ex |
