FIELD: textiles, paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: compact device has a grid, pressing and drying sections. Structuring and dewatering of the paper web is carried out under pressure from tension of the two grids and the centrifugal forces generated by rotation at the cylinder moulds. Pressing section includes a shaft that contains movable segments serving for preliminary pressing and providing increasing pressure in the zones of contact with pressing shafts. The drying section includes the corresponding cylinder, which provides "hot" pressing and finish drying of the paper due to direct gas heating of the cylinder and the presence of cap of high-speed drying. ^ EFFECT: reduced energy consumption and increased productivity and ease of use. ^ 1 dwg |
