摘要 Declared plant for treatment of viral hepatites using medical ozone comprises connected in series device for collection and return of patient's blood (catheter, injection needle), line of fluid flow with rate regulators, peristaltic pump, source of ozone and medical oxygen. The latter is additionally provided with two tanks, the first - for a mixture of physiological saline (PS) and heparin, and the second - with a tank of ozonized PS, mixer for mixing blood and ozonized PS with built-in filter. The peristaltic pump is equipped with control unit, and the first tank for mixture of PS and heparin is connected in the line connecting the device for taking blood from the peristaltic pump.In the first embodiment of the plant the line is connected with the mixer having built-in filter and device for return of patient’s blood. The mixer with built-in filter is connected to the second tank of ozonized PS, which is equipped with two needles, short one for injection of ozone-oxygen mixture, formed from sources of ozone and medical oxygen, and long one - for connection to the destructor.In another embodiment of the installation, the latter additionally contains a dialyzer, and tank for plasma collecting. The inlet of the inner portion of the dialyzer is connected to the outlet of the peristaltic pump, and its outlet is connected to the mixer with built-in filter. The upper inlet pipe of the outside portion of the dialyzer is connected to the source of oxygen, and lower outlet pipe of the outside portion of the dialyzer is connected to the tank for plasma collecting and then to the line, connected with the mixer with built-in filter and device for return of patient’s blood. The mixer with built-in filter is also connected with the second tank of ozonized PS, which is equipped with two needles, short one - for injection of ozone-oxygen mixture, formed from sources of ozone and medical oxygen, and long one - for connection with the destructor.In the third embodiment of the plant, the latter additionally comprises a dialyzer, and a tank for plasma collecting. The second peristaltic pump is connected to the control unit of the first peristaltic pump. In line connecting the device for blood collection with the first peristaltic pump, the first tank is connected, the lower central dialyzer pipe is connected to the first peristaltic pump, and its upper central pipe is connected to the rotary-film contactor (RFC), which is driven by an engine. The lower dialyzer pipe is connected to the tank for plasma collecting. The RFC is connected to the carbohemofilter through the second peristaltic pump, and the third RFC pipe is connected with the outlet of ozone source, which is connected to a source of medical oxygen. The upper pipe of the carbohemofilter is connected with the mixer with built-in filter and device for return of patient’s blood, and the mixer with built-in filter is also connected with the tank containing PS for supplementary heparinisation.
