FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical treatment of disease of small pelvis organs. After carrying out obstructive resection of rectum, distal stump of rectum is sutured. Ligatures of last row of sutures are not cut off, are taken on clips-holders. Round uterine ligaments are mobilized from edge of uterus to pelvis wall. Round uterine ligaments are transected near edge of uterus. Ends of round uterine ligaments are ligated. Ligatures are taken on holders. Free ends of round uterine ligaments are dropped into pelvis cavity to rectum stump. Ligature of distal end of left round uterine ligament is tied with ligatures of last suture of rectum stump on the right. Ligature of distal end of round uterine ligament is tied with ligatures of last suture of rectum stump on the left. Ligatures of last row of rectum stump sutures except extreme ones are brought apart. Ligatures are tied above fixed uterine ligaments, suspending stump of colon in small pelvis. Ligatures of proximal ends of round uterine ligaments are brought apart. Left ligature is tied above free region of left round uterine ligament. Right ligature is tied above free region of right round uterine ligament, suspending uterus in small pelvis cavity. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to fix short stump of rectum in small pelvis in reliable manner, reduce formation of commissures around intestine, preserve integrity of lateral walls of intestine, reduce operation trauma and avoid development of lethal hemorrhages from sacral plexis. ^ 1 ex |
