FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to lumpy material grinders that double as feeders. Proposed device comprises housing with inlet and outlet and tubular section provided with screw ledge with screw cutting edge directed in cutting direction across lengthwise section of auger arranged in said housing and provided with cutting section. Auger cutting section is made up of teeth, each provided with two cutting edges located in mutually perpendicular planes.
