FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Removal of longitudinal bone autotransplant in subtrochanteric area, corresponding in length to femoral neck, is carried out. Autotransplant is introduced into femoral neck in frontal plane. Additionally performed are "fenestrated" fasciotomy above great trochanter and subcutaneous tenotomy of T.adductor longus. ^ EFFECT: method ensures recovery of joint function, reduction of trauma, simplification of operation technique. ^ 1 ex, 1 dwg |
