PURPOSE: A method for making Makkoli with extended expire date using sulfur phreatic water containing sulfur, selenium, and germanium is provided to obtain Makkoli with long expire date. CONSTITUTION: A method for making Makkoli comprises: a step of washing, dipping and steaming water to form hard boiled rice and adding seed malt to prepare bred yeast; a step of preparing crude liquor; and a step of performing first and second fermentation and preparing rice-wine mash. The sulfur phreatic water contains selenium or germanium. |
