The invention relates to the field of heat-power engineering, in particular to devices for generation of steam by method of electric heating, and can be used in any field of industry and in household for steam production, production of heat and water heating. An electric steam generator has a body arranged as a general circulation circuit with collecting, steam-forming pipes, downcomer and lifting pipe, electric heaters installed in the lifting pipe, level sensor placed out of the body, with electrodes the ends of which are placed at different levels, economizer, separator, slides for steam takeoff to consumer and steam discharge connected to separator, heat sensor of steam temperature, safety valve. In the general circulation circuit at least two lifting pipes are connected to the common downcomer that is connected to collecting and steam-forming pipes at right angle. In each lifting pipe at least three electric heaters are installed, those are arranged with possibility of connection of each separately to the block of start-control apparatuses. The level sensor is connected by branch pipes to the common downcomer, the economizer is installed in the collecting pipe, and the separator is installed in the steam-forming pipe on which slides for steam takeoff to consumer and steam discharge are placed, with the heat sensor of steam temperature and safety valve. The invention makes it possible to decrease material consumption and overall dimensions, to improve manufacturability, to increase production and efficiency of electric steam generator. |
