PURPOSE: A providing service as linked web function at busy state in exchange network is provided to offer various new services to subscribers. CONSTITUTION: An exchanger(20) includes intelligent network processing and CMX(Call Mixer)(25) functions. An SCP(Service Control Point)(40) performs an intelligent network service control processing. An IVR(Interactive Voice Response)(50) performs sound source provision and information gathering. An AS(Application Service)(60) is interlinked with a web by recognizing a voice of an originating terminal(10). The AS demands the execution of the command to the SCP. A web interlink offers service by recognizing voice during the communication.
