A system for dispersing diesel fuel comprises a hydro-dynamical disperser, pump with drive from electric motor, safety valve and manometer. According to the invention the system includes an additional fuel tank with small volume (approximately 8…15 liters) to which fuel comes after passing through gas-dynamical disperser. Additional tank is connected with separate mains to the main fuel line of diesel engine feeding system, and to intake fuel line of the pump of dispersing system. At the inlet to each of those mains in the tank two ball valves of gravitation type, with check balls, are installed, the last ones are made of material that has density smaller than density of diesel fuel, those are intended for prevention of air penetration to main fuel line of the diesel and to dispersing system at initial period of operation of the system, till additional tank is not yet filled with fuel. As result of realization of the invention, supply directly to the feeding system of diesel engine of fuel that has high level of dispersion is provided, this makes it possible to use the diesel fuel dispersing system with maximal efficiency and to decrease energy consumption for realization of the process. |
