FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: inside model of a welded item there is source of light. Simulator of welded seam is located at the front wall of the model. Motion sensor of electrode model is connected with recording system consisting of error metre and connected in-series amplifier, control block, audio-frequency generator and beeper. Timer switches source of light at preset time value. Model of welded seam is made in the form of screen made of organic glass; it can be installed in different spatial positions. Sets of electrode motion patterns for different welded seams are located at changeable light-proof sheets with transparent path. Screen illumination is ensured by offsetting or approaching of the source of light or by change of its filament resistance. Electrode model is made in compliance with construction of electrode arm and electrode for arc welding by coated electrodes. Electrode end is made of transparent material. ^ EFFECT: acquisition of skills to maintain standard parameters of welding in different spatial positions, reduction of costs for simulator manufacturing. ^ 1 dwg |
