A process for production of gas hydrates comprises the preparation of gas and fuel, formation of gas-hydrate, separation, cooling of gas-hydrate, agglomeration of hydrate particles, cooling of the produced pellets, their conservation. Aqueous gas hydrate mixture after separation under thermobaric conditions of stability of the produced gas hydrate is dried by feed gas before its supply to the hydrating reactor. A gas hydrate layer with high content of ethane, propane and i-butane is applied on the particles of hydrate mass formed in the reactor. Relatively stabile hydrate crust from water and components of gas Cis formed on elementary structures, produced in the reactor and separator before its agglomeration into capsules. Gas enriched with ethane, propane and i-butane is produced by feed gas fractionation. Gas fractionation and hydrate drying are carried out simultaneously at interaction of feed gas and dried gas hydrate flows at theirs counter motion, resulting in gradual enrichment of gas with methane and forming of the protective hydrate crust with increased content of Ccomponents. Gas flow and hydrate temperature at drying and quantity of withdrawn heat at hydrating is controlled in such a way, that water being a part of oil mixture has a temperature approximately . The parameters of hydrate drying process are maintained considering its humidity and hydrating speed in such a way that before hydrate mass temperature decreasing lower than the great amount of Cgas fraction and the entire contact accessible water pass into hydrate. |
