An optical cable built into the protective earth wire comprises an optical module and metal elements. The optical module is used as a central element, which pressure-tight tube is made of stainless steel with optical fibers inserted inside it and filled with hydrophobin filler. Around the optical module several layers are braided. The direction of a bundle of each following lay is opposite relative to preceding one.
