FIELD: manufacturing process. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely, to methods for moulding of building products. The method of obtaining and maintaining the shape of the newly extruded end product made from binder that includes the operation of fast curing of extruded end product made out of binder. The operation of fast curing includes exposure of just extruded end product with microwaves for fast hardening of the product to maintain its shape, followed by a final phase of curing the material of newly extruded final product. The irradiation of microwaves occurs in passing of the newly extruded end product through the microwave oven with a capacity ranging from 0.1 to 60 kW. ^ EFFECT: invention enables to provide production of extruded products free of mechanical defects such as cracks and fissures. ^ 16 cl, 3 dwg |
