FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of animal breeding and can be used in artificial insemination of animals. Method is realised in the following way: in ejaculate sample added is such amount of carnisin solution with ascorbic acid which is necessary for obtaining carnosin concentration equal 4-5 mM with 0.02% of ascorbic acid with further estimation of spermatozoid activity increase to high and sufficient for insemination. ^ EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase mobility ad viability of spermatozoids. |
