PURPOSE: A composite rail for a tram and a rail track using the same are provided to reduce manufacturing cost by saving steel that is expensive material and prevent noise and vibration due to driven a tram. CONSTITUTION: A composite rail for a tram(10) comprises driving rails, a reinforcing rail, and an elastic filler. Each driving rail has a wheel groove on which wheels of the tram are rolled while driving. The reinforcing rail is made of precast concrete beam comprising rail grooves where the driving rails are coupled. The reinforcing rail comprises connection grooves with a screw hole in the floor. The elastic filler is filled in the rail groove of the reinforcing rail with the driving rail and hardened in order to stick the driving rail and the reinforcing rail.
