<p>PURPOSE: A rapid-hardening lightweight reinforcement mortar composition is provided to increase the strength and durability of mortar by controlling the kind and composition rate of components. CONSTITUTION: A rapid-hardening lightweight reinforcement mortar composition comprises 30-45 parts by weight of cement, 2-5 parts by weight of calcium sulfur aluminate-based clinker, 1-5 parts by weight of gypsum, 1-5 parts by weight of silica fume, 1-5 parts by weight of silica, and 10-30 parts by weight of a mixture of waste glass lightweight aggregate and cenospheres.</p> |
