PURPOSE: A cable type power trunk is provided to be prevented from being inclined when a truck lid is closed since the both trunk lid hinges are operated through one cable by one motor. CONSTITUTION: A cable type power trunk comprises cables(11A,11B), a motor(10), a drive wheel(16), first and second rolling pulleys(17,18), and a tension dispersion pulley(20). The both ends of the cable are connected to both sides of the trunk lid and pull the trunk lid. The motor is installed on one side of the vehicle body. The drive wheel is rotated by the motor. The first and second rolling pulleys are co-axially mounted about the driving shaft to be rotatable. The tension dispersing pulley is mounted with a driving wheel(16) to be rotatable.
