<p>PURPOSE: An air conditioner and a control method thereof are provided to save and manage cycle data so that data is easily collected and utilized. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner comprises an indoor unit, an outdoor unit, and a remote controller(10). The remote controller is connected to the indoor and outdoor units, thereby controlling an operation of the indoor and outdoor units and monitoring. The remote controller distinguishes cycle data related to the indoor and outdoor units among the data received from the indoor and outdoor units, thereby accruing and saving the distinguished data in a cycle data unit separately equipped.</p> |
