PURPOSE: A laminating mold having prefabricated pads and a hot melt laminating press using the same are provided to minimize thermal stress of a pressing pad thermally expanded or contradicted. CONSTITUTION: A laminating mold having prefabricated pads comprises a mold body(11) and a pressing pad(12). A fitting groove(111a) is formed on the surface of the mold body. A heating element is arranged inside the mold body. The pressing pad is composed of an elastic material and is detachably inserted into the fitting groove of the mold body. An air path is formed inside the mold body. Through holes(111d) communicating with the air path are formed on the side surfaces of the mold body. Air between the mold body and the pressing pad is exhausted to the outside through the air path and the through holes.
