PURPOSE: An electric boiler for making heat using the dcomposition motion of water molecules is provided to improve environment-friendly properties by heating fluid using centrifugal force and frictional heat. CONSTITUTION: An electric boiler(10) for making heat using the dcomposition motion of water molecules comprises a case(1), a rotary shaft(2), a disck assembly, and a drive motor(6). A fluid inlet(11) and a fluid outlet(12) are formed on both surfaces of the case. The case has a heating space. The rotary shaft penetrates through the center of the heating space in a longitudinal direction of the case. The disk assembly is composed of fixed disk plates(4), first rotary disk plates(3), and second rotary disk plates(5). The fixed disk plates are fixed to the inner surface of the case. The first rotary disk plates are separated from the fixed disk plates to be rotated with the rotary shaft. The second rotary disk plates are separated from the first rotary disk plates to be rotated with the rotary shaft. The motor shaft of the drive motor is coupled to a connection shaft(201) in order to rapidly rotate the first and second rotary disk plates.
