PURPOSE: A container tube holder device with a function for preventing damage is provided to prevent damage of a tube container holder by obtaining separation distance between the tube container holder and a holder fixing device. CONSTITUTION: A container tube holder device with a function for preventing damage comprises an upper conical case(110), a lower cylindrical case(120), a linear shock-absorbing hole(130), an upper supporting unit(140), a lower connecting unit(150), and a lower supporting unit(160). The upper conical case is composed of multiple separated vertical panels. A tube container passed through the upper conical case is inserted in the lower cylindrical case to be supported. The shock-absorbing hole separates panels comprising the cases in predetermined gaps to obtain shock-absorbing space. The upper supporting unit supports the top surface in a panel part(110a) of the upper conical case so that the panel part is fixed not to be escaped to the top surface. The lower connecting unit supports the lower surface of the lower cylindrical case to fix. The lower supporting unit prevents flow of the lower cylindrical case.
