PURPOSE: A system for controlling a power line through a floor wiring is provided to intensively manage the stand-by power of an office in a center by being communicated with a central controller through a power line communications module. CONSTITUTION: A three-phase pressure wire(10) is branched off between layers. A local control apparatus(20) supplies and breaks a voltage by branching off the voltage which is supplied with the connection of the three-phase pressure wire. A distributing cable(30) is connected to the local control apparatus and supplies a commercial voltage. A concentric plug(40) is arranged in a office floor and supplies the voltage to a load device. A central controller(60) generally controls the total voltage of each office.
