PURPOSE: A moving plate structure and an observing device therewith are provided to guarantee the durability in spite of long term usage since a rail structure or a gear structure is not used. CONSTITUTION: A protruded plate(130) is formed on the upper surface of a lower plate(100). An upper plate(200) is installed on the top of the lower plate and has a knob(210) on the upper side thereof. A protruded part is formed on the lower surface of the upper plate. The protruded part restricts the movement distance of the upper plate toward the lower plate.
