PURPOSE: A permeable plastic bag and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to protect dried food or medicines contained in a plastic bag from deterioration because non-woven fabric with good permeability is attached to the specific part of the plastic bag. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a permeable plastic bag is as follows. A polypropylene layer and a polyethylene are laminated on the top and bottom of a bonding layer to form vinyl(S100). A UV cut film layer is interposed between the polypropylene layer and the polyethylene and a folding part is formed in the vinyl(S200). The vinyl is folded around the folding part(S300). A ventilation part having a plurality of holes is formed in an interval between both ends of the folded vinyl(S400). The ventilation part and both ends of the vinyl are thermally bonded to complete a plastic bag(S500).
