PURPOSE: An electric double layer condenser and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase output characteristic and capability by a small structure with excellent heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: Activated charcoal slurry consisting of activated charcoal, conductive material, and binder is prepared for the formation of a coiling element(S1). Electrode is formed by coating an aluminum current collector with activated charcoal slurry(S2). The activated carbon electrode is cut(S3). A set of electrolytic paper and a set of electrode are laminated by turns(S4). The beginning part of the prepared laminated plate is inserted between two flat type cores. The laminated plate is reeled around the core. The reeled laminated plate is fixed by a heat resistant tape. Upper and lower parts are pressed to remove air gaps(S5,S6). Moisture is removed by heating(S7). |
