PURPOSE: A measuring device for sound pressure of a vehicle driver and a method thereof are provided to circulate a sound pressure of a vehicle driver based on sound pressure measured by microphones so that an optimal active acoustic system can be designed. CONSTITUTION: A measuring device for sound pressure of a vehicle driver comprises microphones(10,11,12) and sound pressure calculation part(20). The microphones are arranged in a row inside a vehicle. The microphones measure a sound pressure corresponding to a sound source output through a speaker. The sound pressure calculation part calculates the sound pressure of a vehicle driver based on the sound pressure measured by each microphone.
