CONSTITUTION: An access path analyzer(222) receives request information of specific content from a user. The access path analyzer determines the access path of a user based on the request information. A dynamic advertisement selecting unit(224) dynamically selects advertisement based on the access path determination. The dynamic advertisement selecting unit provides the selected advertisement and a content integration screen including the specific content.
