PURPOSE: A patent dispute prediction information generation method and a system thereof are provided to recognize a patent dispute induction pattern and to recognize the possibility of patent dispute. CONSTITUTION: A patent information system(1000) generates dispute prediction element values. The patent information system generates dispute prediction result information. The dispute prediction element values are generated by using quoting information series, flow information series, technical field reflection information series, product field reflection information series, quoting rightful person information series and flow tube rightful person information series.
